Overview

Pacing Tracker compares spend and revenue actuals-to-date against your monthly or quarterly plan using day-of-week-weighted expectations — flagging when you're ahead or behind early enough to adjust, and calculating the daily run rate needed to hit target.

What it does

  • Traffic-light status — ahead, on pace, or behind at a glance.

  • Day-of-week weighting — expectations that match real patterns.

  • Required run rate — the daily number to still hit target.

  • Per-channel breakdown — where spend is pacing off.

  • Projected outcome — where you land if nothing changes.

How to use it

  1. Connect Shopify and ad platforms; set the target.

  2. Ask "am I on pace".

  3. Shadow compares actuals to a weighted plan.

  4. Get the status — and the run rate to correct.

Run it in-app or from Claude / ChatGPT via the Shadow MCP.

What it needs

Connected spend/revenue data and a monthly or quarterly target.

What you get

A pacing report: traffic-light status, cumulative pacing chart, per-channel breakdown and projected end-of-period outcome.

Not the right skill when…

  • You want a future model → use Revenue Forecast, instead

  • You want a period recap → use Performance Report, instead

  • You want to know why you're off → use Root-Cause Analysis, instead
