Shadow MCP gives Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and any MCP-compatible agent live access to everything in your workspace — platforms, files, knowledge and memory. You can also 'sync' files created in your AI client back to your Shadow workspace simply by asking your agent in plain english to do so.
